COURSE OVERVIEW
Dive into the world of Excel with our hands-on, interactive course! You’ll learn to:
- Save and retrieve your work effortlessly
- Adjust column widths to fit your data perfectly
- Perform basic arithmetic operations: addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication
- Total columns and rows with ease
- Utilise functions to simplify complex calculations
- Add comments to your cells for better clarity
- Copy formulas to save time
- Use absolute cell references for precise calculations
- Hide and unhide columns and rows to keep your data organised
- Insert and delete rows as needed
- Move and copy data efficiently
- Format cells to make your data stand out
- Apply currency formats for financial data
- Add borders and shading for a professional look
- Use Autofill to quickly populate data
- Freeze and split panes to navigate large spreadsheets
- Sort data to find what you need quickly
This course runs on a Tuesday from 9.30am to 4.30pm.

This course is perfect for anyone looking to master the basics of Microsoft Excel and create their own spreadsheets with confidence. No prior Excel experience is required, just general computer skills.

Course cost – £170.00 As part of the cost all materials and equipment are provided on the course. Enjoy complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits during breaks.
