We offer health and social care courses from level 2 to level 3, plus access to nursing and healthcare routes for adults progressing to university.

Study health and social care

Modules exploring human lifespan development, healthy living, care of disorders and equality and diversity will prepare you to care for people from all walks of life and provide you with a firm basis for further study, should you wish to progress to university.

Supporting your studies

Throughout your course, you’ll take on work placements in a variety of settings – from nursery schools to care homes. This vital experience will make you stand out to employers and help you to decide which area of the sector you wish to specialise in.

Practical courses

Our courses allow regular supervision and reflection is encouraged throughout. You will learn through tutor input, YouTube videos, small group and whole group discussions and experiential exercises. We also offer exciting Access programmes that enable students to choose pathways that suit their future plans and progression.

Health and Social Care is one of the largest employment sectors in the country and is expected to increase by at least 20,000 jobs in the South East and London. Studying at Crawley College will give you the tools you need to progress a career in this industry.

Ready to go further? Our access to nursing and healthcare programmes let you progress from level 3 towards nursing, midwifery and allied-health degrees at university. Combined with your placement experience, this gives you a clear, supported route from college into a health and social care career.
