Crawley Campus

With cutting-edge learning environments, specialist equipment and strong industry links, Crawley College provides students with the opportunity to gain practical skills and real-world experience.

Students can carry out quiet, independent study in one of our two computer rooms and have access to an excellent variety of textbooks in Crawley library which is located just across the road from the campus.

For socialising and eating in between lessons, students have access to The Student Common Room social study space which also has a coffee shop serving barista-made coffee, 58 Express café which offers breakfast, lunch and snacks until 2pm Monday to Friday and a selection of vending machines for a quick snack on the go.

Multi-Million Pound STEM Centre

Crawley College’s innovative STEM Centre has been designed to inspire the next generation of engineers, digital specialists and technology professionals. Featuring immersive learning environments and cutting-edge technologies, the centre supports practical learning, collaboration and problem-solving while helping students develop the skills needed for the industries of the future.

The Advanced Technology Centre and IT Academy provide specialist facilities for computing, engineering and digital technologies. Sussex and Surrey Institute of Technology Development

The college’s Institute of Technology development brings together advanced engineering, manufacturing and digital learning spaces within a modern hub. Designed in partnership with industry, it provides access to specialist learning factories, collaborative workspaces and industry-focused training that prepares students for high-demand careers across rapidly evolving sectors.

Immersive Technology & Robotics

Students gain hands-on experience using robotics, automation systems, CAD/CAM software and 3D printing technology while developing practical STEM and engineering skills. Commercial Training Environments

Crawley College’s salons and training restaurants provide valuable real-world experience in realistic commercial settings. Crawley Library & Study Spaces

Library resources for students are offered at Crawley Library, meaning enhanced facilities and longer opening times than a campus-based library.

Crawley campus has two computer rooms for quiet, independent study – #Hush and #Hush2, and a social computer space in The Student Common Room for group study. All have access to the internet and a photocopier.

Opened in summer 2016, the Advanced Technology Centre at Crawley College is one of the biggest developments to the college in recent years.

STEM Centre

Our fantastic new facility, which opened in Spring 2021, is home to a suite of innovative and interactive spaces, containing virtual and mixed reality technology which puts the college at the cutting edge of training delivery across a range of subjects.

This £5 million centre, which has been funded by the Coast to Capital Local Enterprise Partnership, will be used to train students and apprentices in the latest skills required by industries across the region.
