Re-Assessment & Revision of Gas Appliances CKR1

COURSE OVERVIEW

You will be re-assessed on all aspects of gas safety relating to the installation, commissioning and servicing of domestic gas appliances.

The course offers comprehensive training and updating of knowledge and practical skills identified in the current awarding body and gas safe register approved codes of practice. The training also provides the operative with the necessary preparation and revision for the assessment(s).
Cooking Appliances (CKR1) – 7 GLH
Attendance for appliance training and assessment is Thursday from 8.30am to 12.00pm and then the following Wednesday 13.00pm to 18.00pm.

FURTHER INFORMATION

This course is suitable for those people working with gas and hold a current CCN1 certification, who wish to renew their current appliance certification. Candidates who already hold CCN1 certificates and wish to extend their scope of work (i.e. have CENWAT and want to add CKR1) must provide to the Assessment Centre written evidence documenting the guided learning hours indicated in the About Course section. We will also require evidence to show that you have been registered on the Gas Safe Register for a minimum of 6 months (extension of scope only).
