COURSE OVERVIEW
New to Team Leading is a practical, interactive one-day course designed to provide delegates with a strong introduction to the fundamentals of effective team leadership. Participants will develop the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to lead people successfully in the workplace while gaining a clear understanding of the responsibilities and expectations of a team leader role.
The course explores the key duties of a team leader and how effective leadership contributes to the success of both teams and organisations. Delegates will learn leadership best practices and practical techniques that can be applied immediately to support, motivate and manage individuals and teams in their day-to-day work.

There are no formal entry requirements, making the course accessible to anyone wishing to strengthen their leadership capabilities and improve team performance.

There is no formal assessment for this course. Delegates will participate in interactive learning activities designed to help them develop practical leadership skills and confidence.
Delegates must attend the full day to receive a college certificate.
