COURSE OVERVIEW
This course gives delegates a practical and motivating introduction to the core principles of effective team leadership. Through interactive learning and real-world examples, participants will build the skills and confidence they need to lead their teams with clarity, purpose, and impact.
By the end of the course, delegates will understand key leadership techniques and best practices that they can immediately apply in their day-to-day roles.

There are no other formal entry requirements.
We also offer training in all Microsoft Office packages, the main Adobe programs and in other areas of Management & Business.
Additionally we can offer bespoke training in coaching, team leading and mentoring session delivered in-house at your premises or in college.
No formal assessment just practical, hands-on learning!
Course cost – £270.00 As part of the cost all materials and equipment are provided on the course. Enjoy complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits during breaks.
