You will need to be in paid employment in the motorcycle industry so that you are able to cover the requirements of the standard and will ideally work at least 30 hours per week. You will need a contract of employment and be covered under your employer’s relevant insurance. Ideally you will hold English language and Maths GCSE at grade C/4 or above, if not you will work towards Functional Skills Level 2 as required.
