Travel

In the interest of helping the environment, wherever possible, we would encouraged delegates travel to and from the venue via sustainable transport methods (i.e. walking, bus, cycling, car-sharing). Where a parking space is required, please inform the booking team at the point of booking.

Terms and Conditions

Courses will run subject to minimum delegate numbers being reached and may be cancelled/rescheduled where necessary. Once minimum delegate numbers are reached we will contact you to take payment or confirm invoicing details. Crawley College reserves the right to limit the number of places booked in the event that a course is over-subscribed. The course venue will be confirmed at least 2 weeks prior to delivery, but will always be within 1 mile of Manor Royal.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a course within one working week of the course date, and a substitute employee cannot be found, then the full fee will be charged. For cancellations between one and two working weeks of the course date, where a substitute employee cannot be found, a 75% fee will be charged. For cancellations over two working weeks of the course date, there is no charge.
