COURSE OVERVIEW
Knowledge transfer is a recognisable skill that benefits from using appropriate and relevant techniques, and trainers and managers who train as part of their remit need a range of skills to be effective.
Delegates will explore the purpose of training and coaching and mentoring and the tools and techniques for creating a successful learning experience for others. A few of the concepts learnt below are:
- Preparing appropriate training resources and materials to aid the learning process
- Providing training at the time and speed appropriate to individual needs
- Giving individuals constructive feedback on their progress and organise further training
FURTHER INFORMATION
This course is ideal for those who are new to training, or those currently delivering training who have not had formal instruction.
Must be employed in management or team leader post and train staff on a regular basis.
We also offer training in all Microsoft Office packages, the main Adobe programs and in other areas of Management & Business.
Additionally we can offer bespoke training sessions for Train the Trainer which can be delivered in-house at your premises or in college.
There is no assessment during the course, however once you have completed the day’s session you will receive a college attendance certificate.
Course cost – £250.00
As part of the cost all materials and equipment are provided on the course.

Delegates attending courses on campus will have access to our onsite catering facilities.
