Why this course?
Train the Trainer is a practical, interactive one-day course designed to equip delegates with the skills, techniques and confidence needed to deliver effective and engaging training sessions. Participants will explore the different roles of training, coaching and mentoring, gaining an understanding of how each approach can support learning and development within the workplace.

This course is suitable for individuals who are new to delivering training, employees who currently train others but have not received formal trainer training, managers and team leaders responsible for developing staff and anyone looking to improve their skills and effectiveness as a trainer.

Delegates may also wish to explore further development opportunities through Microsoft Office training, Adobe software courses, Management and Business programmes or bespoke staff development training.
There is no formal assessment for this course. Delegates will participate in practical activities and discussions designed to help them develop the skills and confidence needed to deliver effective training sessions. Delegates must attend the full day to receive a college certificate.
