There is no training involved , you will come into the college and have 2 hours to undertake your weld test. All administration and certification are handled by the college. Weld procedures are available, but candidates are welcome to use their own WPS and consumables.

Following a successful test by an independent test centre you will be issued with your certification.
Advice will be given as to whether your sample is likely to meet standard, and weld procedures will be provided if required.
Should your first submission fail, there may be an additional cost to resubmit another sample from the same session, this will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
