You will have the chance to work in selected hotels, as a planned working experience, as well as working on shift patterns alongside other students and a chef lecturer, to serve real customers.
You will learn the theory and test it in our onsite training kitchen and preparing lunches/ dinners for paying guests in our acclaimed 58th restaurant. This offers an exciting way to learn, alongside masterclasses and trips to food markets and food production factories.
You will have first-hand guidance from lecturers who’ve worked as chefs in successful restaurants. As well as hearing from guest speakers, attending cooking demos and local festivals, this essential knowledge will transfer to any job where customer service skills are required.
