If you’ve got a thirst for travel and an interest in different cultures, a career in the travel and tourism industry is an exciting choice, with global opportunities.

We’re on the doorstep of Gatwick Airport and the south coast, with all the airlines, tour operators, travel agents and hotels the area has to offer – perfect for finding your dream job at the end of your course.

You’ll gain first-hand knowledge from visiting industry experts and experience tourism first hand with air travel, trips to visitor attractions and excursions to tourism destinations such as Edinburgh and London.

Industry Links

Crawley College is on the doorstep of Gatwick Airport and the south coast, meaning airlines, hotels and travel agents are in abundance in the area. Additionally, all tutors have worked in the industry for years, meaning they have a surplus of knowledge and industry links to help you succeed.

Exciting Trips

Students experience tourism first-hand through visitor attractions and excursions to tourism destinations. The college runs several trips, including visits to London, Brighton and the major tourist attractions in the UK, which expands their knowledge and understanding of the industry.

Practical Learning

These courses are highly practical, giving students the opportunity to undertake presentations and roleplays. Whilst also undertaking team building activities, these courses can develop a range of transferrable skills, including teamwork, confidence and communication.
