TIP: When using a college PC, for an improved experience we recommend that you use the Microsoft Teams desktop app to access your Teams, and also your OneDrive files (Files button in the Teams app).

Password Reset (Students)

You can change your college Microsoft 365 password here (students only).

Please note that this will also change your password in other services connected to Microsoft 365, e.g. CCG Online, CSpace and Adobe (as well as in Microsoft 365, e.g. Outlook email, OneDrive, Teams).

NB: This process is changing. If the button doesn’t work, please follow these steps:

1. Click here, enter your @stu.xxx.ac.uk email address, and click ‘Next’.

2. Click the “Forgotten my password” link and follow the on-screen instructions.
