This course is suitable for those in purchasing and supply in the Manufacturing, Service, Retail and Public Sectors working as higher grade technicians, professionals or managers. The range of skills developed covers management of own responsibilities, risk analysis, an appreciation of marketing role within organisations and assessment of efficiency and effectiveness of operations.

Completion of the level 4 Foundation diploma in Purchasing and Supply or a relevant degree. It is recommended that prospective students contact the course tutor immediately to arrange an informal interview. Students who intend to start in September should apply between April and September. The interview will enable both tutor and prospective student to clarify the suitability for entry to the intended course.
