Entry Requirements:

Individual offers may vary. This course is at Masters Level (Level 7) so a degree and/or relevant study and/or substantial relevant experience is normally required.

First degree, CIPD Certificate in Personnel/Human Resource Practice (CHRP/CPP), the CIPD Certificate in L&D/ Training Practice (CL&DP/CTP), Level 3 equivalent qualifications, or the Level 5 qualification,  or appropriate prior learning and experience. Candidates are expected to have or be looking for work in the HRM field. Exceptionally, candidates without such work experience, but looking to enter the HR profession, could be accepted provided they have a first degree and relevant workplace access.
