About the course

Techniques of copper foil stained glasswork as used in light catchers, lamps & decorative panels. Create a pleasing piece of work in one term. Lead work also taught.

(This is NOT a glass painting course).

WHO CAN JOIN?

Ideal for beginners as no previous knowledge is required.

Acceptance onto course is subject to review at first session.

However, candidates will need strength, dexterity and steadiness in both hands

HOW WILL I BE ASSESSED

Continuous classroom assessment.

Please note this fee is due up front and in full before enrolment and we do not offer funding support for short courses.

All equipment is provided. Additional materials are obtainable from the tutor at extra cost.

Tuesday 19.00 - 21.00

AFTER COMPLETING THE COURSE

You can continue your development by enrolling onto the subsequent course in the January term

  • Students who need to use cars to travel to Crawley campus should be aware that there is very limited parking available. If you drive to the College you will get a parking permit with your booking confirmation. As well as displaying your car park permit, you will be charged 50p per day to park. There is also a bus stop and train station located very close to the college.
  • Students who attend courses at the Crawley campus have to obtain a student identity card, please report to the Reception indicated on your booking confirmation and they will be able to advise you on this matter.
