A seventeen year old student from Horsham won big during Central Sussex College’s end of year prize draw for students who have achieved 100% attendance.

Level 2 Professional Cookery student, Edelle Collett, bagged the top prize of a brand new laptop after achieving 100% attendance throughout the year.  The happily surprised student collected her prize to sound of applause from fellow students and staff. She later commented, “I can’t believe that I won a laptop! I’m really pleased. It’s a great way to end the year.”

20 year old Crawley student, Luke Bartley, collected a state-of-the-art tablet after achieving 100% attendance last term. He was joined by nine students who each bagged a £50 Amazon voucher for their perfect attendance.

Director of Student Support and Communications at the College, Jane Williams, said of the event, “It’s important that students who come into college every day and work hard towards their qualifications are celebrated for their achievements. The 100% attendance prize draw is just one of the many ways that we congratulate and award our hardworking students.”
