Funding your Staff Development
To ensure you receive maximum return on your investment, we will explore all funding options and financial incentives available to you through government funds and specialist funding streams.
At your initial organisational and training needs analysis, a Skills Adviser will inform you of funds which may be available to your business to support the costs of training. In some cases, training may even be fully funded:
Level 2 and 3 work-based qualifications, if your employee does not hold a qualification at this level
Apprenticeship training for those aged 16 to 18 (although the apprentice is paid a wage)
Skills for Life training (for example, English and number skills)
Training for those facing redundancy
If you are looking to recruit new members of staff, financial support may also be available from Jobcentre Plus and the college via a range of government schemes.
