COURSE OVERVIEW
Delegates will gain an appreciation that great telephone service can make your company stand out from the crowd.
The course will give them an opportunity to reflect on their telephone skills in all areas of business life.
By the end of the course delegates will be able to:
- Identify ways in which they can use the telephone more effectively as a business tool
- Structure a successful telephone call
- Understand how to avoid common communication pitfalls
- Turn potentially difficult situations into positive outcomes

This course is designed for anyone who uses the telephone as a regular part of their business life and wants to refresh or develop their skills.
It is also suitable for delegates who are pursuing telesales and administrative positions.
No other formal entry requirements.
We also offer training in all Microsoft Office packages, the main Adobe programs and in other areas of Management & Business.
Additionally we can offer bespoke training in Professional Telephone Techniques which can be delivered in-house at your premises or in college.
There is no assessment during the course, however once you have completed the day’s session you will receive a college attendance certificate.
Course cost – £230.00
As part of the cost all materials and equipment are provided on the course.

Delegates attending courses on campus will have access to our onsite catering facilities.
